Gateway Health Building (Nursing, Kinesiology, UBC Health & Integrated Student Health Services)

This 270,550 ft2 building was outfitted with highly functional and flexible furniture. AE Spaces worked with award winning Perkins + Will to make this multidisciplinary space an extraordinary experience. Spaces included lecture theatres, private offices, graduate spaces, cafeterias, lab spaces, nursing training labs, health clinic and social gathering spaces. Our success story was based on an honest budget development as well as a detailed procurement process.
